Must Read & Understand it before

Dear guest welcome to Namaste Apartment. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Save Energy:

Turn off lights, AC & other equipments when you don't need it or when you are going out from apartment. There is frequent main power cut, but don't worry we have solar battery backup for lights and wifi.

Save Water:

Kathmandu has lack of water supply and we need to pump and filter water using electricity. So please try to use minimum of water in your rooms and apartments.

Never be flushed:

Please never flush 1. Diapers, 2. Tampons and Sanitary Pads/Napkins, 3. Cigarette Butts 4. Floss, 5. Large Wipes 6. Toilet Bowl Scrub Pads, 7. Dryer Sheets etc which can block toilets.

 

Laundry service:

We have installed 1 washing machine on top terrace; you can use it when there is electricity sharing with other guest staying in our apartment. If you want Laundry out, our staff can bring your clothes at laundry service but with your own risk.

 

House Keeping:

We don't provide any house keeping services. But we can help to find house keeping staff at your own extra cost. Please use dustbin for your garbage.

 

No Smoking:

Smoking is permitted but only on the balcony or terrace. 

Use Apartment:

Rooms and apartment are only for people who rent it. Other members from outside are not allowed for night stay. Wear and tear of any furniture’s, wall painting, electric items, equipments installed in rooms, bathrooms and apartment have to be bare by the tenant as per agreement paper sign.

Use gate entry card:

We will provide main gate entry electronic card to open the main gate. Please give a call @ 9803667047 / 9851001068 if any problem.

 

Pets not allowed:

We don't allow any pets in our apartment, sorryy !!!.

 

Please Note:

Usage of drugs and any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Usages however, if any such behavior/activity is found in the property, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the lease with a minimum notice of 2 days.
